What is Performance Led Evangelism?

The Man Behind SIM-PLE

Ron Mondt was a four-sport athlete in high school and a two-sport athlete in college where he was introduced to performance led evangelism. He didn't have a title for it but people kept asking him to talk to their youth group, church service, or game day chapel.  After putting his athletic career behind him he entered into coaching; and over the next 30 years, he coached at the high school, college, and professional levels.  He also spent time as a referee, umpire, and a parent to two athletic children that played sports through college. Sneaking 10 years of full-time ministry as a pastor, area, and state director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Chaplin for Mesa State Univerity, Boise State University, and the Chicago Cubs organization.

Ron has spoken to thousands at McNichols Arena in Denver, Bowl game pre-game chapels, FCA national camps, and many church services. Not to mention many McSermons in dugouts, bullpens, and locker rooms throughout the country.

The bible says we can accomplish all things through Christ who strengthens us. Get up, pick up your mat, pack up your gym bag, hit the weights, go to work and perform in such a way the God would be glorified. And for the rest of your days tell your story to anyone who will listen. It was through believing in Jesus Christ, accepting him as your Lord and personal savior, understanding what took place on the cross. This was your championship, your Superbowl, your Stanley Cup; this was your one great accomplishment.

This is Performance Led Evangelism.
